What kind of special equipment do I need?

Do I need to sign up?
No. All we need is your email address so we can generate your unique PIN. You then use that PIN every time you want to hold a conference call. Easy.

How long does it take to set up an Ubercall?
You can set up an instant call whenever you like. From there it takes as long it takes for people to dial in to set up your conference call.

Will the dial-in number and your myPIN change?
No. Like everything else at Ubercall, we keep that bit simple too. The numbers will not change unless you ask us to change them.

Can anyone join the call at any time?
Yes. Again with Ubercall, it's easy - just dial the number and the PIN - and then you're in!

How many people can take part in an Ubercall?
As many as you like. But as big conference callers ourselves we'd always be wary of having too many people involved as it can get a bit messy! But as always with us, it's your call!

Am I limited to the amount of calls I can make or their duration?
No. Once you start using Ubercall, we step back so you just make all the calls you need. Simple.

How much does an Ubercall cost?
We don't charge for making conferencing calls. You'll just be charged for your phone call. Participants only pay for the cost of the call which is usually 4.3p/min from landlines, exclusive of VAT. Costs of calls from mobiles vary. Please contact your mobile network operator for further details.

Is the service totally secure?
Yes. Only people who have access to your unique PIN can take part in the call.

Will my personal details be shared with anyone else?
Absolutely not. Your privacy is precious to us and as such, we will never share or sell your email address or other personal information with anyone else.
